The reason for we have NO RETURN POLICY because when we purchase products/goods from Manufacturer, we do in-house Quality Checking of each incoming
goods. We have engaged expert Quality Checker just to ensure NO Manufacture Defect, if any. So we do not ACCEPT product/good in Return, NOT Refund any amount in any manner.
a) In case of Defective Goods, information need to pass to us within 4 hours after receiving goods. Once we received the damaged product we will reviewed the damaged product received from customer and if it approved as damaged we will ship the replacement of product in 3 working day and if not availble with replacement Money will get transfer to the buyer .
b) No Cacellation : Order can not be cancelled, goods will be replaced against defective goods only.
c) In case of non-availability of same goods money will get transferred to buyer account within 7-10 days.
d) If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source with 10 working days.
e) For cost of return of defective goods will be borne by company but material need to be send by buyer to pay basis.
For International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty if charged, it has to be PAID by BUYER.
VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control; it varies according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your Government.
Your Order will be confirmed after we receive the Payment and also the product availability status will be checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT, there are chances, EVEN AFTER payment the product MAY NOT be available , we provide Easy Refund or Adjustment if that Case Occurs.
All Products will be shipped within 7 working days . ( Except on Sundays & other Public holidays) .The Estimated Delivery Time is between 7 to 14 working days, however due to any bad weather conditions or in unusual circumstances it might delay. We generally send all our domestic shipments by Well-known courier companies like FedEx , DTDC, Professional Couriers, Maruti Couriers , Tirupati couriers etc.We provide the tracking details as soon as we dispatch the products to the respective companies. However to help you for any delay or uninformed delivery, Feel free to contact us on . In case of unavailability of anyone to receive the package, generally all our courier companies will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
